An annual conference bringing together over 1,000 live entertainment professionals in Lititz to connect, learn, and explore the future of touring and production. Through panels, workshops, and networking, the event drives growth and innovation across the industry.
Rock Lititz proudly partners with Workforce LIVE, a nonprofit advancing workforce development in live events through awareness, training, and access for the next generation. Interested as a student or industry partner? Events, experiences, and classroom resources are available.
The Academy of Live Technology (ALT) at Rock Lititz offers hands-on, industry-driven education in live experience design and production. In partnership with the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design, ALT provides a 4-year BFA. Short Courses also available for advancement skills development.
Experience LIVE at Rock Lititz is a fun and immersive annual event showcasing various career paths within the live entertainment industry, with participation from dozens of leading industry voices. Designed alongside Lancaster County teachers and the STEM Alliance of Lancaster, Rock Box is an in-classroom activity for students in grades 6–10. Kits provide instructors with resources for small groups to explore skills applications and bring awareness to career paths within the live entertainment industry.
